Welcome to Minimal Jeweler ("Minimal Jeweler," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and any purchases made through our online store (the "Services"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, and any other policies published on our website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, users, and anyone who interacts with Minimal Jeweler.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your country or jurisdiction.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

  • All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

  • You will use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

2. ABOUT MINIMAL JEWELER

Minimal Jeweler is an international jewelry brand offering carefully curated collections designed for everyday wear.

Our products currently include jewelry crafted from:

  • 18K Gold Plated Stainless Steel

  • 18K PVD Gold Plated Stainless Steel

  • Titanium Steel

All products are designed to be hypoallergenic. However, individual skin sensitivities may vary, and Minimal Jeweler cannot guarantee that every customer will be completely free from allergic reactions.

Our products are intended for personal use only and may not be purchased for unauthorized resale.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, pricing, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight differences may occur due to:

  • Lighting during photography

  • Individual monitor or mobile display settings

  • Manufacturing tolerances

  • Natural finishing variations

Such variations are normal and shall not be considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, specifications, availability, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. PRODUCT MATERIALS

Material information is provided on each individual product page.

While our jewelry is manufactured using high-quality materials, natural wear over time is expected, particularly for plated finishes.

Normal fading, minor scratches, or gradual changes resulting from ordinary use shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

Improper use, accidental damage, exposure to harsh chemicals, or failure to follow recommended care instructions may reduce the lifespan of any jewelry piece.

5. WATERPROOF COLLECTION

Only products specifically identified as part of our 18K PVD Gold Plated Waterproof Collection are intended for regular water exposure.

For the purposes of these Terms, "Waterproof" means jewelry designed to withstand normal everyday exposure to water, including activities such as handwashing, showering, swimming, and routine daily wear.

Waterproof does not mean indestructible.

Even waterproof jewelry may experience cosmetic wear if exposed to:

  • Chlorine

  • Bleach

  • Abrasive cleaning products

  • Strong acids

  • Industrial chemicals

  • Excessive friction

  • Intentional misuse

Such wear is considered normal use and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Only products expressly labeled as Waterproof are covered under this section and are eligible for the 90-Day Limited Warranty described below.

6. JEWELRY CARE

Proper care helps preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry.

For our 18K Gold Plated collections, we recommend:

  • Storing jewelry in its original pouch or jewelry box when not in use.

  • Avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, and cosmetics.

  • Cleaning gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.

  • Removing jewelry before using harsh cleaning products.

Our 18K PVD Waterproof Collection is specifically designed for everyday wear and water exposure. However, proper storage and routine cleaning are still recommended to maximize its lifespan.

Failure to follow reasonable care instructions does not automatically indicate a manufacturing defect.

7. ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Minimal Jeweler.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Refuse any order.

  • Cancel duplicate orders.

  • Limit purchase quantities.

  • Decline orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized resale.

  • Request additional verification before processing an order.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully authorized and a confirmation has been issued.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment or shipping has begun.

Once an order has entered processing, has been packed, or has been transferred to a shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled.

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible after placing their purchase. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled once order processing has started.

9. PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the selected currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

Although we strive for accuracy, typographical errors, pricing mistakes, inventory inaccuracies, or product description errors may occasionally occur.

Minimal Jeweler reserves the right to correct such errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.

If an order is affected by a material pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund using the original payment method.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or similar governmental fees may apply depending on the destination country and applicable laws.

10. PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • The information provided is accurate and complete.

  • Sufficient funds are available to complete the purchase.

Orders will not proceed to fulfillment until payment has been successfully authorized.

Minimal Jeweler reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or payment abuse.

11. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Minimal Jeweler currently ships to customers in the United States, Mexico, Canada, and selected European countries. Shipping availability may change without prior notice.

Estimated delivery times displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

Title to the purchased products transfers to the customer upon delivery, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

12. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

To provide the fastest possible fulfillment, products within the same order may be shipped from different warehouses or fulfillment partners.

As a result, customers may receive:

  • Separate packages

  • Different tracking numbers

  • Deliveries on different dates

This is a normal part of our fulfillment process and does not indicate that any item is missing.

13. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Minimal Jeweler proudly serves customers worldwide.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Minimal Jeweler has no control over customs procedures or government-imposed fees and cannot estimate or guarantee the amount of such charges.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase comply with the import regulations of their country.

14. RETURNS

We want you to love every purchase from Minimal Jeweler.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unworn

  • Be unused

  • Be in their original condition

  • Include the original jewelry box

  • Include the original jewelry pouch

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

Items that show signs of wear, misuse, scratches, accidental damage, alterations, or improper handling may not qualify for a refund.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day return period may be declined.

15. RETURN SHIPPING

Minimal Jeweler provides complimentary return shipping for approved returns.

Customers must contact our Customer Support team before sending any item back.

Returns shipped without prior authorization may be refused.

For international returns, transit times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local shipping services.

16. EXCHANGES

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to product availability.

To qualify for an exchange, the returned item must satisfy all return eligibility requirements.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose another product of equal value, receive store credit, or request a refund, where applicable.

17. 90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Minimal Jeweler offers a 90-Day Limited Warranty exclusively for products identified as part of our 18K PVD Gold Plated Waterproof Collection.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal personal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic scratches

  • Loss of shine caused by misuse

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper storage

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Lost or stolen jewelry

  • Damage caused by bleach, chlorine, abrasive chemicals, or industrial cleaning products

  • Damage resulting from improper care or failure to follow our Jewelry Care recommendations

If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed, Minimal Jeweler may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace the item

  • Issue store credit

  • Provide a refund

This Limited Warranty does not create any additional warranties beyond those expressly stated herein.

18. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:

  • The shipping box

  • The shipping label

  • The jewelry packaging

  • The affected product

If a package appears to be lost during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier may require additional verification before a replacement or refund can be approved.

19. FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect both our customers and our business, Minimal Jeweler reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any order that appears to involve:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Unauthorized payment methods

  • Identity theft

  • Chargeback abuse

  • Unauthorized resale

  • Suspicious purchasing behavior

  • High-risk freight forwarding services

We may request additional documentation to verify the identity of the purchaser before processing certain transactions.

20. CHARGEBACKS

We encourage customers to contact us first if any issue arises with an order.

Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback may result in the suspension of future purchases.

Minimal Jeweler reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using available evidence, including payment records, order confirmations, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and customer communications.

21. FORCE MAJEURE

Minimal Jeweler shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control.

These events include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Floods

  • Fires

  • Pandemics

  • Epidemics

  • Government actions

  • Labor strikes

  • Transportation interruptions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Cybersecurity incidents

  • Carrier failures

  • Power outages

  • War

  • Civil unrest

  • Acts of God

In such circumstances, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event.

22. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time, Minimal Jeweler may offer promotional campaigns, discount codes, gifts with purchase, or limited-time offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Only one promotional code may be used per order.

  • Promotions may not be combined.

  • Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.

  • Promotional offers have no cash value.

  • Promotions may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Minimal Jeweler reserves the right to cancel any promotion resulting from pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected misuse.

23. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the Minimal Jeweler website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Brand name

  • Product names

  • Product descriptions

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Graphics

  • Website design

  • Icons

  • Marketing materials

  • Social media content

  • Text

  • Digital downloads

is the exclusive property of Minimal Jeweler or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, transmitted, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited without our prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

24. USER CONTENT

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, comments, or other content through our website or social media channels, you grant Minimal Jeweler a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, edit, translate, display, and distribute such content for marketing, advertising, promotional, and business purposes.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have permission to use the submitted content.

  • Your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

  • Your content is truthful and does not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading material.

Minimal Jeweler reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any user-generated content at its sole discretion.

25. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law, all products and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minimal Jeweler disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free operation

We do not guarantee that our website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

26. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Minimal Jeweler, its owners, employees, affiliates, suppliers, fulfillment partners, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to:

  • The purchase or use of our products;

  • Delayed shipments;

  • Lost profits;

  • Loss of business opportunities;

  • Data loss;

  • Service interruptions; or

  • Any event beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

30. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, Warranty Policy, and any additional policies published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Minimal Jeweler regarding your use of our Services.

These Terms supersede all prior communications, representations, negotiations, and agreements relating to the subject matter herein.

31. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

32. LANGUAGE

These Terms of Service have been prepared in the English language.

If a translated version is made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between versions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

33. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Minimal Jeweler reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website unless a later effective date is specified or applicable law requires otherwise.

Your continued use of our Services following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
